Last week, the Dunwoody Police Department underwent a social experiment – the department used Twitter to tweet all response calls in a 24-hour period.
I have to admit – at first I thought what possible value would a social approach like this have for the police department? Dunwoody Police Chief Billy Grogan said it was about transparency, “We want people to trust us and trust what we do.”
