Ralph Herrera is a 25+ year Hispanic marketing veteran, an innovator in marketing to Hispanic audiences across the country. In 2003, he launched Lanza Group, LLC – a Hispanic marketing, PR and events firm – that provides strategic marketing expertise to some of the leading names in the Atlanta business community. Lanza Group has assembled a team of marketing, PR and events experts with strong ties to the Hispanic community and with a passion to help clients improve their company’s brand awareness and image among the growing Latino market, currently advising Verizon and Chick-fil-A among others. Helping marketers properly communicate with the fastest growing consumer segment in the country

Lanza Group also produces numerous events including Fiesta Atlanta now in its 6th year which has grown to become the largest Cinco de Mayo event in the southeast, celebrating Latino culture, music and food. The 5th annual Fiesta Georgia coincides with the beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month in September and offers marketers a perfect fall outreach platform. The 5th annual Hispanic Achievement & Business Leadership Awards (HABLA) serves as the closing ceremony to Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations in Atlanta and is designed to highlight the positive accomplishments of the city's Hispanic civic and business leaders.

Lanza Group’s success is attributed to Herrera’s extensive background in broadcasting and media. Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida he began his broadcasting career in Miami working for Cox Radio, WBFS-TV and WDZL-TV. He would go on to work for several of the largest Spanish radio and television broadcasting companies in the industry, including Univision Television and Radio, Telemundo Television and Spanish Broadcasting System. Before founding Lanza Group, Herrera served as Vice President and General Manager of KSTS-TV in San Francisco, a Telemundo-owned and operated television station; he also worked for Telemundo in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Among the many clients he introduced to Latino marketing were BMW and Carnival Cruise Lines.

In addition to Lanza Group, Mr. Herrera is active in the Atlanta community. He currently serves on several boards including the Atlanta Workforce Development Agency and the Grady Health System Board of Visitors. In 2006, he served as a Mayoral appointee on the Coretta Scott King Commission. Other past board activities included the San Jose/Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce and the California Broadcasters Association.
