Tom Flowers is one of Atlanta's most creative landscape designers. Tom designs and oversees the installation of highly-detailed exterior landscapes and outdoor spaces for entertaining, recreation, dining, gardening and relaxing. One of his landscapes was recently voted "Atlanta's Coolest Backyard" by readers of Atlanta Home Improvement Magazine.

Atlanta native Tom Flowers has been creating beautiful landscapes for over 25 years. As president of Alpharetta-based Sanctum Design, Flowers has worked on thousands of landscape projects, from small in-town homes to large estates. He spent six years living and working in Arkansas heading up a multi-million dollar, 92-acre landscape project for a private client. He now focuses the scope of his work as far south as north Florida and as far north as Highlands, N.C., but concentrates on the metro Atlanta area.

Flowers has taught design classes at the Atlanta Botanical Garden and speaks to groups and garden clubs about the subject. He has authored articles and donated his expertise to non-profit organizations. He believes the key to any successful landscape design is the creation of a strong relationship with the homeowners to truly learn their lifestyles, dreams and vision for their outdoor spaces. One of his landscapes, for a homeowner on Lake Lanier, was recently voted "Atlanta's Coolest Backyard" by readers of Atlanta Home Improvement Magazine.
