Mike's keen observational skills and articulate feedback give clients the equivalent of a front-row seat at their own company's experience.

Mike earned his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. As an e-Visionary at IBM, he launched the company's first global experience design consulting practice. Mike was the cofounder and CEO of Galileo, a technology communications company nationally recognized for innovation and creativity. He is currently writing a book on customer experience. Mike's strategy studio is Storyminers, where companies find their story and learn how to share it through the customer experience.
