After working in printing for 17 years, Linda Bishop founded Thought Transformation to consult companies on selling more and reaching their full potential. Linda speaks at conferences, and has been published in print publications. Additionally, she authored "Selling in Tough Times," a guide for growing sales in a down economy.
Linda Bishop is a long-time veteran of the commercial printing industry. After working in the business for 17 years, she founded Thought Transformation, Inc. to train and consult companies and sales professionals on how to sell more and reach their full potential.
As president of Thought Transformation, Linda utilizes the consulting platform to share how she used her innate talents to achieve success in various positions at printing companies nationwide. By using her natural talents and filling in performance gaps with the right skills, at one time Linda was considered one of the top sales performers in the Atlanta market, selling $9.4 million dollars in printing annually for a company that had $45 million in total sales.
Prior to founding Thought Transformation, Linda worked as the Vice President of Marketing for IPD Printing Company in Atlanta. Before being promoted to that role, she was one of very few women to work as a salesperson in the industry. Her perseverance and motivation to succeed helped double her income her first year as a commissioned salesperson and eventually led to an executive position at IPD.
Linda has also worked in the printing industry as estimator for Stein Printing Company in Atlanta, Keller-Crescent Company in Evansville, Indiana and Alton Boxboard, a folding carton printer and manufacturer.
Linda has positioned Thought Transformation as a company that makes it easier for motivated people to be successful by giving them the information they need to succeed. In addition to training and consulting, Linda is also a key speaker at conferences nationwide and a writer. Her articles have been featured in numerous selling publications, and her recently published book, 'Selling in Tough Times,' is a practical no-fluff guide for growing sales during a down economy.
Linda, a native of Elkhart, Indiana earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University and an MBA in marketing from Georgia State University.
