The Daybook Network is a local online newswire that delivers news, events and announcements to the city's professional communicators.
Select cities offer free subscriptions to a daily email edition. These subscriber lists include thousands of journalists, marketing and PR professionals and business and civic leaders in that specific city.
Our cost-effective press release distribution solutions allow hyper-local news sharing among a valuable community of professionals.
Our History
Founded in 1990 in Atlanta as the opt-in "What's Up Atlanta" news fax service, Atlanta Daybook quickly became a staple of the local press and professional communicators in metro Atlanta. After 15 successful years, we migrated to web and daily email distribution.
Atlanta Daybook started helping to promote awareness of climate change issues in early 2007 by supporting the Climate Change Workshop presented by the British Consulate General in Atlanta and Daybook instituted its Green News discount that is still in place today.
In 2000, Daybook sites were launched in Nashville and Dallas Forth Worth.
In 2013, the Daybook Network was acquired by one of the founding owners, Malenka Warner.
