The AMA Digital Education Series strives to teach marketers about new digital marketing platforms. The session will be hosted by the Atlanta Journal Constitution and held at the corporate office of their parent company, Cox Enterprises. Speaker BIOs:
Neil Perry, Poptent
Prior to Poptent, Neil was a Vice President of Marketing for Monster.com, where he oversaw field marketing, national promotions and sponsorships, and the Small and Medium Business marketing team for this online recruitment company. Neil is also a 23-year veteran of McDonald's Corporation, where he last served as Senior Director of National Marketing, in charge of interactive marketing. In addition, during his tenure at McDonald's, Neil oversaw new product teams and sports marketing.
Glenn Leeder, Microsoft
Glenn has more than 15 years of media and marketing experience working for ABC, CBS, Disney, ValueClick and the start-up ad exchange platform AdECN - where as Chief Revenue Officer he built the Advertiser and Publisher divisions. Today, Glenn works with Microsoft, focusing on creating unique advertising strategies between Xbox 360/KINECT, agencies and fortune 500 companies such as Bank of America, Coke, Verizon, Porsche, The Home Depot, Lowes.
Todd Ridgeway, Hipcricket
Todd Ridgeway is a digital media sales leader with thirteen years of experience in interactive marketing and advertising. He is currently in the role of Director – Brand Solutions for Hipcricket (Mobile Marketing Solutions) based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Mr. Ridgeway also serves on the AMA Board in Raleigh as VP of Group Membership. Prior to his current position, he served as Vice President of Media Sales for Listingbook, Senior Account Executive (Key Accounts) with Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions, and Regional Director of Interactive Sales for AOL. He has worked with notable brands such as Coca-Cola, Disney, FedEx, Glaxo SmithKline, AT&T, and Philips. Todd holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Tulane University and is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He has three beautiful children and a black lab!
