Our Clients Say It Best

Who uses Daybook and why? Our clients say it best.

"I have worked with Atlanta Daybook to promote our non-profit association for quite some time. Because of the success of that partnership, I chose to partner with Atlanta Daybook to market a personal event. The response was fantastic! I took an integrated marketing approach including email, direct mail, and networking...but overwhelmingly, the people who took action to sign up for the event found me on Atlanta Daybook. This is a powerful tool and should be added into any good marketer's toolbox." - Linda Lindsey

"I've worked with the Daybook Network in Atlanta since its inception and have found it to be an invaluable tool for distributing information on my clients to Atlanta media. Using Atlanta Daybook is a part of any event I plan in Atlanta. It has a great credibility among media for the quality of the information it offers."

Increased Risk for Strokes in Children and Young People

A new study released this week at the American Stroke Association's conference states overweight children and young people with diabetes have a significantly higher risk of having strokes decades before their healthier peers.

The study showed an elevated rate of stroke among African-Americans and whites ages 20 to 45. But the stroke rate among young whites doubled, from 12 to 25 per 100,000.

Experts say the study appears to be the first of its kind to pinpoint the increased rate of strokes among the young, in part because the problem didn't exist decades ago.
